How can I uniqueize a picture for facebook?

Can you please tell me how to unify the image?
Facebook tagged the picture and now does not upload it in any way, writes about politics (a mug of tea is in the photo).
Accordingly, the first thing I cleared exif (by issuing Google about the uniqueization of the photo) - but the result remained the same.
It turned out only in one case: I used a third-party screenshot program (the output was png instead of jpg and the size was 2 times larger).
I tried to edit in paint/photoshop, changed the photo itself a little, added lines and circles - facebook still defined this photo as defective.
How else can you unify images? By what principles does Facebook determine tagged photos (not by what is shown).
Is there a way to get 10-20 completely technically unique pictures from 1 picture, while visually the same?

Try adding noise to the picture, 5–10%

Try downloading under a different login and from a different IP address, from a different browser, or even better from a different computer.
Maybe Facebook flagged you as sending defective pictures.
Does it skip other pictures?
