What is the best language/framework to learn for creating websites and android applications? To create an MVP, not large and highly loaded sites. I also don’t plan to get a position as a programmer in some company, the goal is to create websites / applications to test ideas. Mostly websites. From knowledge to programming, this is generally only the syntax of the C# language. Is it worth it to continue on it, or maybe there are other simpler options, where in a not very large amount of time you can achieve your goal?

Flutter is suitable for these purposes, Xamarin I still do not advise you.
ASP.NET is ideal for website development

Node JS and Python are much simpler, I don’t see the point in the 21st century of writing in strongly typed languages, it takes time and limits creative energy. Therefore, there is not the slightest point in continuing in C#.
Python is more developed and more convenient in terms of the Django framework, but the advantage of Node JS is that one language is used for the front and back.
