What is the best IDE for linux kernel module development?

There was a need to write linux kernel modules, and I want to do it comfortably. Which IDE should be chosen for this? After some digging, I found visualgdb (an add-on for visual studio) and LinK + IDE (a plugin for eclipse). But both solutions do not suit me - I'm not ready to switch to windows (and even buy a studio and a plugin), and there is no debugger in LinK +.
What would you like to see:

  • highlight/padding/static analysis
  • debugging on live module
  • [desirable] the ability to work remotely (build and debug) - from under mac os x on virtual linux

PS: do not offer vim and notepad - it is the IDE that is of interest, which will help simplify life.

JetBrains has CLion, have you tried it? It has recently appeared, but the other IDEs of this office are very, very good, so it makes sense to try.
