What about Mikrotik?

Good afternoon. Faced unexpectedly with the fact that Mikrotik cuts the channel. There is a piece of iron in the DC MikroTik-CRS125-24G-1S-RM. Before the switch, the speed is up to 8-10 Mb / s, and after the switch it shows up to 50 kb / s. And this is the speed of uploading to the server, not downloading. The download speed is within the normal range. The download starts at 2 Mb / s and drops to 50-400 kb / s, and if you run it in several streams via sftp, then it loads with a width of 8-10 Mb / s.
On Mikrotik itself, bonding is configured for 2 ports in case one gigabit is not enough. The second one is not used. But but there are no settings anywhere to cut the speed for one stream. Please advise what to see.

You don't need to use the Switch as a router. All the more weak, especially with bonding.
All resources will go to the CPU. It's Switch!!!
Look at his blog chart. You are not the first person I meet who out of 125 makes a router.
I literally saw this in the Mercedes Center this month. They also have 2011 available.

It seems to me that this is not a matter of Mikrotik, but of sftp, I have repeatedly encountered the fact that it is slow. Try the same tests but with ssh
