What is the best file system to format MicroSD into?

I took a MicroSD 128GB Transcend 300S UHS-I U1 flash drive
to store files that I rarely use. The hard drive is large and heavy, and you can always carry a flash drive with you in your laptop bag.
By default, the file system is exFAT, the cluster size is 128kb.
I have a lot of small files (up to 1 kb), because of this, the average space overrun is 10 times
ExFAT
has a minimum cluster size of 8 kb NTFS has more choice
Questions:

  1. What file system and cluster size will be optimal?
  2. Will the change affect the speed of writing, reading?
  3. Will it affect the life of the flash drive?
  4. Is there a way to test a new flash drive for a lifetime? I'm afraid to delete everything from the laptop, suddenly the flash drive is defective.

What file system and cluster size will be optimal?

exFAT, which was created for flash drives. The cluster size there is at least 4 KB.
NTFS will be slower.
NTFS requires more read-write operations, here exFAT is also more optimal.
You can overtake some data back and forth once.
