What is the best course to start in Data Science?

I entered the course "Introduction to Machine Learning" on coursera (which is from Yandex), but from the first video I realized that there were too many obscure mathematical terms and "these arrows of yours".
Is there such a course where it is understandable and slowly introduced into machine learning and they give the basis of the mathematics and python that are needed to study and, in fact, the subject.

There are hundreds of courses. different. To choose the most suitable ones, you need to know your initial level of knowledge of mathematics and programming.
For the understanding of the "basis" for each owl - for someone it is linear algebra and theory, for someone it is the multiplication table. Someone has C ++, someone has the ability to run the game on a computer.
And this greatly affects the "suitability" of the courses.
