What is the best CMS to implement a stock photo?

Hello! There is a task to implement your free photo stock.
You need to be able to bulk upload photos e.g. 30 pieces at a time.
After uploading photos in bulk, you need to make each photo like a separate post so that you can write down the data: description, title, category, tags.
Store photos somewhere on amazon (not hosted)
I'm leaning between WP and Modx.
Tell me how you can implement such a site, maybe there are ready-made solutions in the form of plugins?
