What is the best calendar with import/export to file or centralized management?

The question is not how and where to find such a calendar. And what do you use? What is the de facto standard? What is the most convenient for usability to be at the level, without unnecessary whistles, without glitches, etc.? After all, you need to do a little research to find out all this, so I turn to your experience.
We need to be able to simply import the meeting schedule, then manually tweak something in the calendar itself along the way, and then just as easily delete the entire schedule. The last point is not critical.
Another option is synchronization with the server, where one of the participants moderates the schedule, and it is then synchronized with clients, but does not touch (and does not even know) about personal matters in the same calendar.
Scheduled in advance, and minor edits along the way, so that any file format and method of import / export is possible, and two different files (or approaches) are allowed for iOS and Android, respectively.

Have you tried the regular google calendar?
