Which Android shopping list with web push functionality do you use?

This refers to purchases such as food.
We need something simple (easier than the wonderful Mighty Grocery that I use myself), preferably with an interface in Russian, preferably free.
The question is not dictated by the fact that I cannot find a purchase manager, but by the fact that there are a lot of them.
