What is the benefit of tile window managers when using tmux?

What is the profit from a tile manager if tmux is used during work.
For example, for development, I use vscode + chrome + 4-5 terminals
and in most cases there is a switch between 3 work tables where all windows are open to full screen.
Are there any other benefits from tiled wm. If not , what minimalistic wm is better to use ?

1) Minimum consumption of PC resources and fast loading.
2) Tile means not using the mouse.
I personally use i3 on a rather weak laptop with a touchscreen. Chrome perceives the touchscreen and as a result I work more often without a mouse and without a touch pad. Chrome also has keyboard shortcuts for managing tabs.
ice wm can be beautifully designed and filled with menus and takes up little space in memory and on the disk.
