Using proxy from PAC file for curl apt etc?

Hello. Tell me kind people how to attach a PAC file from here ? I don't really understand how this can be done via ssh.

No way. curl does not support javascript, which is usually written in a PAC file, it is only for browsers.
So you need to implement the second option - VPN

There is a line in the proxy.pac file :
which assigns a proxy server.
It remains to download the file, find the string, and extract the proxy address and port from it using console utilities.
