Anima is made on three.js. But in addition to animation, we also need to draw graphics, hence, I think, such amounts.

A site like this costs a lot more.
There is a huge amount of very cool graphics - several months of work for the artist + illustrations on each slide are animated on three.js. Add here also work with sound, creative/copywriting, management. In Russia, quite a few studios can, in principle, do this. And 200 thousand - well, this is ridiculous.
