What is the analogue of AWS (and, in particular, AWS RDS), subject to the physical location of iron in the Russian Federation?

I need a database server like AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) and a normal web server with a light load for a web application located in RF*.
From selected:

I tend to selectel because of openstack instead of activecloud and cloudstack. Selectel's documentation also looks better.
(Any other data? Suggestions?)
The only thing I can't find yet is an analogue of a database server like AWS RDS. You can start it yourself and rent a separate machine in the cloud for this, but it would be super convenient if someone had already done it and sold it. Maybe someone knows a similar service in the Russian Federation? Or knows examples of transferring infrastructure from AWS to Russia?
