What is the allowed number of twisted pair connections?

background

Can a large number of twisted pair connections affect signal quality. It’s clear that I can throw wires in the wall from the router without any sockets, but in this case I will have much less freedom, and in the case of a future connection via wireless networks, wires will stick out of the wall, and in this case sockets will simply stick out, which looks much better.
I don’t understand much in this matter, so I’ll be glad for advice, maybe I’m already hopelessly outdated with my views and there has long been another way to connect, some sockets with coils or something like that. A cursory search on the net did not give anything, maybe I'm scoring the wrong phrases.

Okay, I would do the same. Usually a patch panel should be near the router, but since you have an apartment, there are only 2 sockets and there is a chance that there will be Wi-Fi, it is possible with sockets.
