What is the advantage of the 6820HK processor over the 6700HQ?

There are two laptops, almost identical, the difference is in the processor.
Judging by the comparison, the difference in processors is minimal. Am I missing something? Maybe there is some qualitative difference?

At the level of a bike, I read on Habré that when chips are cut from a silicon wafer, then those chips that are closer to the center have better characteristics.
And the technical process and production costs are the same
