Found, the service is young, up to 3 million impressions per month is free. I just started blocks and ad spaces myself, there are a lot of targeting (devices, geo, referrals, etc.). The developer is active and maintains support on the forums and telegram channel.
Not advertising, I have nothing to do with the service! I am looking for myself and so far the only thing I have found on request is an alternative to Adfox.
I plan to use the service in the bourgeoisie, it's only embarrassing how it will work in terms of download speed.
