What is Regional Data Transfer in Amazon AWS? Launched a free instance on which I installed Asterisk for test internal calls. I'm afraid not to go beyond the free, and now 1 Gb Regional Data Transfer confuses me very much.

This is traffic between services \ machines located in the same region.
It is the region, and not the entire avalability zone. The region refers to N. Virginia \ Oregon \ Ireland \ Sinagapore \ Tokyo, etc.
