Asterisk. Short time when transferring to mobile

There is a short number (Extension) 199 entered through the elastica admin panel, followed by "Follow Me" set to a mobile number. The "Call time" parameter is set to 60 seconds (maximum).
Problem: when transferring a call to 199, the manager's mobile rings for 2 seconds and the call is returned back to the secretary (101).
Question: How to increase the call time to managers? (Now 2 beeps)
The mobile call goes through the sipnet, tried through the pisitel - similarly.

Solution:
1. add the line atxfernoanswertimeout = 35 to the features_general_custom.conf file
2. in the PBX>Follow Me admin panel for the extension 199, select the parameter "Start call time:" for example 10.
3. Click save and "Apply Configuration Changes Here"
