This is a distributed table. This means that the network is peer-to-peer and not controlled by you personally. You can only be a node in this network, you cannot expand it.

No features for the equipment are required, the traffic is penny. The only thing is that the nodes must have a white address and an open port to receive connections, or somehow use neighboring peers that already have a connection with the target peers to break through ports. Also, it is desirable to maintain a more or less constant uptime for peers in order to adequately balance the distribution of data.
