What is needed to create turnkey websites?
I'm trying to start freelancing, but so far I'm not at risk of taking orders more seriously than minor improvements. The problem is that when I see an announcement like "I need a turnkey website", I don't understand what to expect from it at all... I'm a programmer, mostly a backend developer, well, maybe I could make something simple according to the finished layout, but no more . I don’t know how to work in Photoshop, I don’t saw new designs. So even if a "one-pager" is required, I don't know what to expect and whether I can handle it. I can easily display all the necessary data, but to decorate somehow in a modern way and create an original design - definitely not. Although maybe in most orders this is not necessary? Maybe you just need to take a CMS, put the first topic there and you're done? What is meant? And by the way, what is this popular word "landing"?
PS And even the word "one-page", which often flashes on freelance sites, raises questions for me. For example, I know such a thing as SPA (Single Page Application), when the whole site is essentially one page, but interactive due to a bunch of javascript (usually in React / Vue). Is this what is meant here? Or is it just a business card page with some information without much interactivity?

Turnkey site
1) Analysis of requirements, preparation of technical specifications
2) Prototype (Not always)
3) Design
4)
Layout 5) Backend
Depends on the customer, if the customer is prosperous, he will put it in a row at the very first points.
Without the ability to design, a turnkey website will not work.
What about design for three kinds of devices?
You can make your own offer, taking into account what you can do.
For example: I will make it for you on bootsrap, the design will be of such a level, the layout will be of such a level.
But this very rarely works, people need normal sites, not designs made on their knees.
Sometimes the customer directly writes that the design is not important (he expects to get the functionality, and then the design will be outlined at another stage). Here you can already connect.
Landing is an adaptive one-pager for 5-10 screens in length, when scrolling, the buttons blink, offers roll, icons fly to the left and right.
Creating landing pages without knowledge of figma/photoshop, UX/UI, layout is almost impossible.
Although the webflow html editor seems to be gaining popularity now, in which you can make cool designs without knowing the code, you also need to learn there and it is paid.
In general, for turnkey websites, you need to be a super Full-Stack and a designer, layout designer, and backend developer.
Or combine the skills of a manager and order the missing steps from others.
