Definitely an individual entrepreneur with simplified taxation, 6% single tax on turnover. You will submit reports once a year, or rather, the bank will submit it for you or the Kontur service, etc.

C OOO you will be a bunch of unnecessary:
1. Any accounting. If you mess up, it's free.
2. The LLC itself pays 6% of income or 15% of profit, like an individual entrepreneur.
3. And then, in order to withdraw money from the LLC, you can go in two ways:
3a. Make yourself a salary, then the tax on it will be something like 38% (I don’t remember exactly).
3b. Withdraw as profit, income tax 9% - in my opinion.
3c. Black cash, but we don't touch it. Truth ?
well, count it.

Definitely IP. And now for reporting. There are 3 options:
- patent taxation - STS ,
income 6%
- STS, profit 15% most likely, "provision of services for the development of computer programs ..."), put 0 employees (you only open for yourself, right?). We get the amount for 12 months, for example, 20,000 rubles. Now we consider whether it is more profitable to take the STS income of 6%. 20000 rub / 0.06 ≈ 333333 rub. The patent will be more profitable, with annual incomes of 333,333 rubles or more. And we also look at the USN profit of 15%. Here you already need to understand the approximate income and expenses in order to calculate the profit.
20000rub / 0.15 ≈ 133333rub. The patent will be more profitable, with an annual profit of 133333 or more.
If there is no Patent taxation in your region, then also roughly calculate which of the USN schemes suits you best.
