On the site in the magazine section I use "show more" to load older materials, in the questions and answers section I use the classic paginator. I would like to bring to uniformity, hence the question, what do you think is more convenient for the user and what is not unimportant for SEO

The most correct solution would be a complex:
1. "Window" - loading content by +1 viewport height and removing content from above when going beyond 4x-5x viewport height to save client PC memory.
2. "Transparent" pagination in the style of VK.
3. "Read more: title of the publication" - can be left at the bottom: loading will be triggered either by clicking on this button, or by the page scrolling event.

show more with paginator option. VK, for example, implemented it well.
Tobish even scrolling through the news page is remembered. and then refreshing the page you will not find yourself at the very top, but you will find yourself at the place where you left off.
