What is meant by "knowledge" in job requirements?

For example "knowledge of AJAX, gulp, git;".
It’s just that if you put me down and tell me to write a request to the server using ajax without jquery, then I’m unlikely to remember the names of the necessary methods without Google ... I know how it’s done, I did it, but not so often to remember from memory.
Does this mean I don't know AJAX?
Or git, for example, I know how it works, but I don’t remember the necessary commands from memory, so I don’t know git?
I just don’t know if it’s worth trying to try to send a resume or is it considered that I still fall short of the requirements?

Anything.
Find out when you come for an interview.
Until you learn to put tasks and actions above doubt and reflection, it's not worth it.
And when you learn, you will not have time to write such questions on the toaster, you will be busy looking for work and passing interviews

What, you can't even push a commit and tell the difference between a push and a pull? Then you don't know Git.
All the questions that you have listed are so elementary that they memorize after a year of work, because a web programmer constantly has to drive data through Ajax, and there, whether you like it or not, you will remember how it is done. No employer wants their employee to waste time on Google instead of work.
