What is ManualSetting_USN?

I'm parsing one old processing written for Accounting 2 and there is this line:

ПКО = Документы.ПриходныйКассовыйОрдер.СоздатьДокумент();
ПКО.РучнаяНастройка_УСН = Истина;

when processing in Accounting 3 I get an error:

Object field not found (ManualSetting_USN)

there is nothing in the syntax assistant on this matter, Yandex also did not help much, what is it and what is it responsible for?

1) The syntax assistant is designed to get help on the properties of the version of the 1C:Enterprise platform used. This has been the case since 7.7 (or maybe earlier). This is not a Chinese "Book of Changes" to answer arbitrary questions.
2) Obviously, ManualSetting_USN is some kind of trick for working with tax accounting, which was in your version of Accounting 2, but which is no longer in Accounting 3. To understand what this attribute is and what it is for, you need to " archaeological excavations". To do this, open the old accounting configuration and perform a global search for this line (check all the boxes in the search properties).
