How to transfer local virtual machine to Deticated server?

There is a server installed locally in the organization. It runs a virtual hypv machine with 1c (2012r2) on which several users work in rdp.
The task is to transfer the virtual machine to a remote server in order to connect via rdp and work.
If I rent a dedicated server, can I deploy the finished image on the server I rent? Those. what is required is renting remote hardware with the ability to install your own OS without buying a license from a hosting provider for a clean OS, or deploy from an image in order to continue and not notice.
I heard something about iKVM or something like that, I didn’t find any information in Google.

most providers provide this option. You can check with the technical support of the provider if they have such an opportunity.
iKVM - IP-KVM is a technology or piece of hardware that provides access to the keyboard, mouse and console of the server over the network. Also check with your provider.
