What is High-Availability solution for FreePBX distro?

1) I used Heartbeat before .
But something Heartbeat has not been updated since 2011.
And maybe now there are better solutions?
For two Trixboxes, I used srv records and Heartbeat.
There were 2 servers. One is primary and the other is backup.
When the main server went down, the backup Asterisk was turned on.
When the main server came to life, the backup turned off.
I would like to do the same for FreePBX.
2) And what about FreePBX with data actualization?
To ensure that up-to- date information is always stored on the backup server . Is it worth doing using the tools that are inside FreePBX or the old-fashioned rsyn and mysqldump ?
If by means that are inside FreePBX, then how to automate it?

@pcdesign

there are no built-in tools.
do master-master database replication.
synchronize text configs (you will find a solution).
the internal database is not known how, except for transferring it with a file. most likely it will have to sacrifice its relevance.
necessarily after raising the backup asterisk -rx "reload"on it.

in the latest releases there is already a built-in - a separate module - though paid, around $ 70
