The point is in the title. In general, it was not possible to make friends with asterisk, which is in the wheezy and chan_dongle repositories. On the Internet I came across a bunch of manuals, but they are all for version 1.6 and below.

For descendants:
Install from the debian repository:
Install the environment:
Download the channel module asterisk-chan-dongle.googlecode.com/files/chan_don...
Unpack, build and install, copy the configuration file to the asterisk directory:

tar zxvf chan_dongle-1.1.r10.tgz
cd chan_dongle-1.1.r10.tgz
./configure
checkinstall
cp etc/dongle.conf /etc/asterisk/

We restart the asterisk.
You may need to change modem permissions in udev.

install is not an issue. opsos does not allow asterisk to be used.
