How to implement the functions of a multichannel number on your PBX facilities?

Hello.
I know 2 ways to organize numbers if you have your own PBX.
The first is to buy GSM gateways and stuff sim cards into them, in which case each SIM is independent and it is not possible to make one multi-channel number.
The second is to actually order a multichannel number service from a mobile operator, in fact their virtual PBX or something like that, which connects to our PBX. In this case, there is one external mobile number with many lines for making incoming calls.
Actually, the question is whether it is possible to organize the second method, but at its own capacities, excluding the mobile operator as a sip provider, but from the same mobile operator there can be SIM cards in our gsm gateways.

You do not have to connect and pay for the operator's virtual PBX, you need him to provide you with a connection via sip trunk.

Technically, you can turn on the service so that when the number is busy, it will be redirected to another, but there will be two outgoing calls for any and how well it will work and how it will be financially necessary to look.

You need a sip line...
Then do as you like. at least on their own, at least on strangers
, they don’t seem to do multi-gonals for ordinary sims (the current is like a vulture)

Any trunk connection contains as many channels (not numbers, that's the difference) as they are enabled/allowed. On X numbers, you can turn on Y channels, X != Y.
