What is easier to develop an online 3D or 2D game?
Good day.
I have had a very difficult question for a long time.
How realistic is it to create, with minimal participants (2-4) in a team, a game similar to Panzar, Paladins.
That is, the modes of fighting in certain arenas, without an open world. Few classes or skills, weapons.
Of course, two options are considered 3D and 2D. But I'm more inclined towards loy-poly 3D.
Does anyone have experience with this and can give some advice?
Thank you very much in advance!

Due to the presence of a huge number of high-quality engines, for the developer there is no longer much difference between 2D or 3D graphics. There may be more load on the artist who will prepare the models, because a 2D model can be drawn like a regular picture, which is incomparably easier, and only a three-dimensional version is available for 3D.
