I have a menu in the header, I mix it and call it:
header__menu menu
nested menu items I call menu__item, menu__list and so on.

in media queries, I need to change the indents of menu__item, but I want to change them exactly for header__menu, so what should I do, given that nesting in bam is bad? Should I even mix the elements or what?
