What is checked when publishing in the AppStore?

There is a need to develop an application for IOS. I heard a lot of phrases "Refused to publish" and "Checked for two weeks."
And what exactly is checked for these 2 weeks? What rake should not be stepped on when planning and developing an application.

Directly almost immediately on the Apple developer site: https://developer.apple.com/app-store/review/

They check not 2 weeks, but in fact 1-2 days. Up to 2 weeks there can be a queue time until your application is taken up.
When checking directly, they look at the UI, how the application works correctly and pay special attention to in-app purchases or purchases "on the side". Apple really does not like it when a developer earns money past Apple's cash register with the help of an application.
A list of all requirements can be found at the link above.
