Where can I learn from scratch and qualitatively iOS development, Swift, Xcode?

Where to learn iOS app development? The basics of programming are. I just want to learn how to write applications, create games.
Tried to take all sorts of courses, learned little. Tell me, can someone do individual teaching remotely for a fee. I would not want to waste time, money and nerves on incomprehensible courses again.

There is no universal answer. Just practice, hitting bumps, learning from your mistakes and spending a lot of time learning.
Here every second question is - I want to quickly and efficiently learn to program. That doesn't happen.
