What is causing the problem with the PC?

Hello!
I upgraded the PC a little - instead of a gigabyte ultra durable motherboard of 2012 and an AMD 6-core 1.3 GHz processor of the same year, I installed a gigabyte B360M D2V motherboard and a 5th generation Intel Core i5 processor, instead of an ATI Radeon 128 mb video card, I installed GForce GTX 650 (was just in stock) 1Gb. Instead of a floppy drive, I installed a Transcend 120Gb SATA 3 SSD. But now the PC started working like this - when the UEFI BIOS splash screen appears, everything seems to be fine, from the moment Windows starts to start until the desktop picture appears, the cooler on the processor, video card, and blown back panel cooler.
What could be the problem and how to fix it?! Help me please!

So this is not a problem - they do not heat up, so they do not spin. If they start themselves when the load comes, then be glad that your computer is working as expected.
