I came across an interesting "bowser" in the registry branch. So what is this crap for?

Interestingly, upon closer inspection, this is what happens. But it's still not clear, in the registry it refers to bowser.sys. We go to bowser.sys in its properties we read b r owser.sys... Mysticism!
