How to configure Windows to use multiple DNS servers?
Hey!
The computer of the administrator is connected on vpn to two networks. These networks have their own AD DC and DNS server. The networks themselves are not connected in any way (and should not be connected). Network No. 1 in the domain1.local domain, network No. 2 - domain2.local, for example.
How can the administrator's computer be forced to resolve all machine names *.domain1.local on the DNS server in network No. 1 and, accordingly, all machine names *.domain2.local on the DNS server in network No. 2?
It is also necessary that the rule that names that do not fall under the masks *.domain1.local and *.domain2.local be resolved on the admin gateway work.
Perhaps there is something simpler, in general, access to machines by their names is needed. There are no problems with ip, after establishing an OpenVPN connection with two networks, the corresponding routes are forwarded to the admin machine.
