Slow copy over WI FI with windows 10?

There are 3 computers at home, Windows 7 Pro, Windows 10 2016 LTSB and the third freshly assembled MSI B560M mortar with built-in network Realtek RTL8125 2.5GbE installed Windows 10 21H1 Pro on it. All three computers are connected to the router by wire, link 1000Mbps. A folder with identical files (video) is shared on each computer. I'm connecting with my smartphone with a wifi router, a 400 Mbps connection. I launch the File Manager program, open the local network tab. And I copy from computers in turn the same file to my smartphone. With Win 7 and Win2016, the speed is 35-40 megabytes per second. I copy from a new computer and the speed is 5-7 megabytes per second. Tried with different smartphones the result is the same. Changed the network card settings almost everything, Big frame, flow control, etc. does not help and does not change anything. Tried to copy from computer to computer. Old computers hold 950 Mbps for both reception and transmission. The new computer is only for receiving, but for transmitting 800-850 Mbps. What could be the snag? The driver is the latest from the realtek website. I swapped the wires, like different sockets on the router

In general, I reinstalled Windows. It was win10 21H1 now Win10 LTSC 2019. And the speeds soared, faster than on other computers on the network, plus minus 5-7%. Although that system was no more than a few days old, the computer is brand new. HZ I will watch. But I fought with that system, shoveled the entire registry, administration, drivers. Zero sense
