What is better to use to make a local Git/HG server, ala Github/Bitbucket?

Actually the question is in the title. It is necessary to make a local code repository, preferably with a beautiful web interface, preferably with support for mercurial and git, preferably with support for authorization through AD. The main thing is that it works reliably. What software do you recommend? Who uses what?
Thank you all in advance for your replies!

I'll promote mine: http://hglabhq.com/ . Only Mercurial, but there is LDAP/AD, Pushlog, commands, roles, Compare View, graphs and all sorts of nice little things.
Demo is here: http://live.hglabhq.com/

Also for Git you can look at Stash . Personally, I didn't use it.

SCM-Manager - in Java
RhodeCode - in PHP
, both can pull users from LDAP / AD
