How to format subtasks in Git? There is a task and 3 subtasks. Each is made as a separate task. Do I need to create a separate branch for each subtask? And for the main task to make a separate branch? Or how should branching occur in this case?

The connection of tasks / subtasks and branches is a purely internal policy of each office / programmer. And it is difficult to advise in this case - the further workflow of tasks / subtasks is unknown. For example, if your subtask is being tested separately, then, in theory, a separate branch is needed for it.
