What is better to use cnc or regular links?

Is there an advantage to cnc(post/kak_pokrasitb_dom) over links like post/1...etc. for SEO optimization. I read that CNC is better than post / 1 ... Well, in search engines sometimes I come across sites with as the second option (post / 1), it turns out this is not a key point for search engines or there is no difference at all.
