What is better to raid from 6x1Tb, 3x2Tb or 2x3Tb?

Hello everyone and Happy New Year!
The essence of the question: which of the configurations is more optimal for a raid of 6x1Tb, 3x2Tb or 2x3Tb for HOME? I'm interested in optimality in terms of raid recovery if the volume of disks is more than 1tb and the consumption of email. energy in case there are 6 or 3 disks.
And accordingly, which raid would you recommend for the following tasks:
1) storage of movies with the possibility of painlessly adding disks and some kind of reliability (maybe raid5?)
2) storage of games with a high read speed (well, raid1 is clear here, but there may be other options ) upd: ssd is not an option for 3Tb games.
3) storage of virtual machines, preferably with the possibility of recovery.
upd: wrong for raid0 games

- forget about RAID5 right away as a bad dream
- the difference in power consumption is cheap
; decide on priorities:
- more spinels (disks) will give you more speed, no matter how you slice it
- "painless" adding disks to an array can only be done by hardware RAID controllers
- RAID1 "eat" half the capacity of disks

6x1 tb is just perfect for raid 5, but 4x2 tb is better, because. dvushki better in terms of price-volume. For games, a voluminous and inexpensive ssd is much better - the speed will be many times better. Why mirror games? In which case they are easily pumped.

storage of games with a high reading speed (well, here it’s clear raid1

If it's just game storage, why is raid-5 not suitable? Just implement it on a hardware solution. The read speed of raid-5 is high. The write speed depends on the controller, but for games it is sufficient, they write almost nothing, they read more.
Again, 3 TB of games that you constantly play every day? Why not take a small M2 SSD to put what you're playing right now?

which of the configurations is more optimal for a raid of 6x1Tb, 3x2Tb or 2x3Tb

Here you missed an important, in my opinion, moment: the capacity of the first option will be 5TB (RAID5), the second - 4TB (also 5), the third - 3TB (RAID1).
This will require a controller, as well as some, but skills. We regularly receive RAID arrays for data recovery after an incorrect rebuild.
Well, in RAID1, of course, disks can be added only for greater reliability.
