Why can't Ubuntu 16.04 see RAID drives?

Available 2 pcs. SAS HDD Hitachi 300Gb and 2 pcs. SAS HDD Hitachi 600Gb . Also, hardware RAID MegaRAID SAS 9341-4i is available .
Created for each pair of hard drives one RAID-disk with the RAID-1 type . As a result, I have one RAID for 300GB, and the other for 600GB.
When I install Ubuntu Server 16.04 LTS from a flash drive, for some reason the installer does not see the created RAID, but only sees the flash drive.
I read in the manual that MegaRAID has its own drivers for Ubuntu. If it's in them, then how to put them at the installation stage of Ubuntu Server?
Help to understand the issue .. Thank you!

@Frankenstine

Go to the driver download page ( https://www.broadcom.com/products/storage/raid-con... ), download the driver, unpack (in this case megaraid_sas_06.813.05.00-1-ubuntu16.04_x86_64.deb from ubuntu directories), run the installation LiveCD / USB, install the driver
and check that it loaded -
If not, load it yourself (via insmod). If it doesn’t load, you’ll have to google, what’s the problem :)
Perhaps the quest will not be completed on this - the system may not boot, since the driver will not be installed in the installed system, you will have to shove it there (initramfs).
