Hosting server - SSD cache, how to organize?

I'm building a small hosting server for CentOS, how to organize it all?
I found an article habrahabr.ru/post/169845 SSD cache using EnhanceIO, but it is from 2013, I don’t know how relevant it is. Has anyone had experience with this, is it worth it?

I'm sorry, but what do you want to cache? Nothing faster than RAM has been invented yet, keep the cache there.

store everything on ssd, now there are a lot of available servers with two 512GB ssd drives.

bcache will probably help you
