Am I installing arch correctly next to windows 10?

For four days I figured out how to put arch next to Windows, in the end it turned out that this is normal? did I mess up somewhere? it's just that when I put it on a blank disk, there was nothing like that, and indeed there is an error, it confuses me -.- is it somehow connected with the lack of a partition for boot? I just did it according to the arch wiki and it was like that according to the markup, butoooo, I still didn’t understand what I had there with bios mode, because it says “outdated” in the characteristics opposite it, thanks in advance
