Hello! Here's the crux of the matter I'm thinking of learning one of the two languages ​​python and ruby! And I know that they have a java interpreter, so the question is which PL is better to develop an application on android jython or jruby (don't say which is better on java!)?

Well, if you really want something strange, then with Python under android everything seems to be not as bad as with Ruby. Google kivy, PyGame. For just running Python code (not packaged in .apk!) QPython is perfect (this is how I have fun on the train)

Python language with Kivy, SL4A... The syntax is simple and straightforward. Although Java is still better for Android! :)
