What is an inexpensive/free alternative to Acronis Backup & Recovery for Windows Server 2003?

Requirements for the ideal candidate:
- different copy schemes (full, differential, incremental)
- the ability to back up files and folders, as well as disks, partitions, boot records; ease of recovery, incl. on other hardware
- ability to shadow copy open files
- auto-check archives
- auto-delete old archives
- email notifications - fault
tolerance: file system errors, ran out of space, dropped disk
Cobian had problems with shadow copying on one of the servers that I could not solve . Plus does not know how to make copies of partitions.
Comodo has a buggy, obscure interface. There is also a problem with requesting a password to network resources without the ability to save the password, as a result, scheduled backups do not work.
HandyBackup messes with differential archives.
NTBackup sometimes messes up archives and is inflexible in customization.
Paragon Drive Backup - it is impossible to change the created scripts, I did not like the setup through the wizard system.
This is from what I have tried to discard immediately. Very simple programs that can do nothing, please do not advise. And solutions that require melee to drive configs or something like that - too.
