How to make a backup and roll it to the restored Oracle XE?

Greetings!
I can't find an answer to a simple question.
There is Oracle XE with several users. Tables are made under them, there is data.
I need to make such a backup so that I can then roll it onto the newly installed Oracle XE and get the saved state and with the same users. It is very necessary to deploy backup in automatic mode, because. essentially this will happen for integration tests.
Is there a ready set of commands? Thanks
