What is allowed with Lumberyard?

Good day!
Recently, I wanted to switch to another programming language and start developing games. I have been eyeing game engines for a long time - Unity3d, CE, etc. But I remembered Lumberyard from Amazon. Reading a lot of information on this engine, I asked myself some questions that I would like to know your opinion on.
1. I read that you can't integrate your game with other services. And let's say I have a website that is on its own server (not from Amazon). I did authorization/registration there, will it be possible to use my Site/DB to work with users?
2. Let's say I created a playable version of the game. Where can I distribute? Steam? And if you can publish on Steam, will you have to pay a percentage of Amazon?
3. If I make "cases" (for example, as in CS:GO) and purchase items (games, as in CS:GO) through Steam, it means that the game is integrated with someone else's service, then we get to the first point of my questions . Or not?
At the moment, the questions seem to be over. I hope you don't write, they say, "you need to learn PL, etc., make a simple toy, and then just go and do it at Lumberyard."
