How to remove shortcut in windows?
If you click "delete" it says "file not found", that is, there is no file to which it refers!
I don't need a shortcut, but I can't remove it!
How do I remove it!?!?!?!?!?!?

You need to either just press F5 or select the shortcut and press F5.

When deleting a shortcut, the "File not found" message has nothing to do with the source of the file, only the shortcut itself.
Most likely your desktop icon cache is stuck. Right click on the desktop - "Refresh". I think the label is gone.
