What is a wiki-based software development technique called?

Here or somewhere else (maybe I dreamed it, but I hope not) a technique was mentioned, the essence of which is that a wiki is used instead of a product backlog. Thus, two tasks are solved at once - the formulation of requirements and the preparation of documentation. Maybe I'm confusing something, plz point me to the right idea and if possible, give links where to read.

Perhaps you mean something like Trac .
Wiki is widely used there, there are numerous analogues.

Somehow the definition instead of sounds very muddy. Perhaps, it was meant not instead of a product backlog, but that pb items can be documented not in a bugtrack or tfs, but in a wiki. In the same scrum, some suggest using a wiki instead of a board so that the entire department is aware of what the team is doing.

We have made it both simpler and more complicated at the same time: the requirements themselves are stored as Issues in Redmine, respectively, they are created, edited and processed there. And in a single document, I collect them directly from the database with a separate php script. Its issuance, if necessary, is printed out, declared a document of requirements and sent to the customer.
