What is a simple layout editor similar to livewave?

Tell me a simple editor (preferably a three-window one) with hints (ends of tags, attributes, etc.), with automatic closing of tags and other conveniences for a person who is just starting to learn layout.
I would also like to synchronize win-OSX.

Sublime Text 2 or 3. Synchronization is done through dropbox, there was a post on this topic on Habré. Windows The screen can be divided into any number of windows, arranged in a convenient order horizontally and vertically. A bunch of plugins, among them you will find with auto-substitution or closing tags.

Hello.
There is an ideal solution: Sublime Text 3 + HTML preprocessor - Jade and CSS preprocessor - Stylus.
Don't let the complexity scare you, using these tools you'll make your layout very fast.
If necessary, I am ready to conduct training via Skype (from 3 to 12 hours is needed)
